My space is a judgment free zone. The way I teach is by supporting you in the process of going deeper into your own self and facing your truth.
Many moments in life get buried and my goal is to guide you on how to pull them out from the shadow to bring back into the light. To heal and bring these pieces of you back to wholeness. Radical responsibility get to happen, allowing you to become your most authentic self. I create each one on one training with the understanding that each soul I have the honor of working with is unique.

Before you book, I want to make sure I am the right teacher for you. We can do this by getting to know each other through a minimum of 4 sessions of either 60 minutes of booked Massage/Reiki sessions with me.

The way I teach is by helping you learn how to look within and understand how to heal and face your truth. This process is not a quick fix and is not something to do without focus or interest. If Reiki training feels right for you, make sure you complete the four sessions before reaching out for training.
A reading list for self study will be provided along with the homework of a short reflective essay explaining your understanding of what you read. Also included is 1 month of mentorship to aid in any guidance you may need as you begin this journey of self.

We will meet in-person for each attunement. This requires a 2 hour block as not only will you be attuned but we will have one-on-one hands-on learning and practice.
To move on to the next Level, you will be required to do at least 2 months worth of Mentorship. During mentorship, we will meet once a week over google meets or in-person for 60 minutes to understand your goals and guide you through any blocks you maybe experiencing. Together, we’ll come up with a very personalized plan to help you reach your specific goals. This will allow me to understand when you are fully ready for the next step. I include the use of oracle card readings to assist in your guidance followed by a reiki session to focus on any energetic blocks. With our connection of mentor and student I energetically listen to how best to guide you through this process. I consider working with you a high honor and I don’t take it lightly.
