Enjoy a relaxing guided meditation that follows the divinely channeled topic of the month. Lexie guides you through a powerful meditative experience while Falina supports and guides with Tibetan singing bowls and Japanese Temple bells.

Once your spot in class is claimed, Falina informs Lexie of your name and with that, Lexie will intentionally connect with the energy best suited for YOU in class. It’s a very personalized experience.

Falina also will be providing a signature aromatherapy blend and scent for the class. The blend is created specifically for the topic and intentions of class to further support your relaxation and goals of the class. She will be reaching out in advance to determine if the blend is safe for you and to inquire about any allergies or sensitivities.

Falina has hand crafted loose leaf tea to share before class begins, provided you aren’t allergic to the ingredients. Falina has crafted 3 very specific tea blends and during each class you have an opportunity to try before you buy if you wish.
